Thursday evening

It has been hot all week. I have watered the vegetables and flowers on a rotating schedule all week. It has been to warm in the evenings when I get home from work to do anything but water.

As the weekend begins to become the reality my mental list of the things I need to get done grows, in addition to those little household chores of cleaning and laundry comes the following:

  1. Plant spinach seeds
  2. Clean up the weeds I have pulled
  3. Clean up the small chicken coop
  4. Plant the flowers I purchased at least two weeks ago
  5. Clean out the feed store room
  6. etc….

    7. The list goes on, but that is enough for now.
